I actually don't feel too bad today and I ate some dates and nuts...maybe that has something to do with it. They both have magnesium. I'm vegetarian so I'm laying off bread for a while because it makes me tired as well.

Probably.

I'm going to see if eating before bed has something to do with it because I have late classes/lectures like 9pm and get home at midnight sometimes, and eat then :s-smilie:

then may or may not sleep for my early next day lectures *dying on the inside* I pretty much just function without sleep now, no good.
