Today Is the Day
Today is the day I realised that mind over matter makes perfect sence,
I know if I want something bad enough I can achieve it,
My mind feels so clear,
My goals so far, yet so damn near.
All it took was a negative experience which i flipped on its head,
Now I know I'm gonna achieve the goals, but first it must be set me in head.
The world is temporary,
theres potentially a hereafter
But forget yolo, carpe diem is what i'm after
Because live life to your potential, yet appreciate its intrinsic value
and although my goals are far I am one step closer to acheiving them with my new mind set.
