Hi
I have a family member who has a non EU passport but has come to England by a family visa(which I believe is permanent via their parent)
They have been living here for almost 10 years now
Can they apply to university the normal way that I would? Would there be any difference in finance or anything?
Thank you 😊

Hi,
If they have indefinite leave, on their own, to remain in the U.K and have been here for three years then they'll get full funding. They'll be treated as a home student so will get what everyone else does.
Thanks.
