It's only on Saturdays, but it's a really long day, the pay isn't worth it, it's horrible work, I don't feel comfortable there, there's an enormous amount of pressure at work, I'm in the middle of my GCSEs and I can't handle the stress. I only have one day off to relax now and that's spent doing homework and revision. I seriously hate doing it and i know (even my nurse has agreed) having a job at this stage is a very bad decision. My parents won't let me leave because I need the money for a prom, but it's seriously not worth it. How can I let them know what it's doing to me?

Pretty sad that you need to make the money for yourself at the age of 15/16. But if it really is affecting you just quit, it's not worth it and your GCSE's are much more important.

You are only doing your GCSEs, it isn't that big of a deal.
