Right now im 17,i weight around 68kg and my height is 169. I want to lose fat and gain some muscle hopefully, but Ive no idea on what to do for my working out. Ive done some research about how lifting could stunt your growth and there are so many arguments idk which one to believe lol so I kinda dont want to lift yet just in case i could be a bit taller because i really really want to be.
So, what exercise should i do (if any exercise for height as well would be awesome!) and are there any other advice on what to eat and stuff cuz i literally eat so so much. Thankssss in advance
