The system is instituationally rascist, in that capitalism relies on an underclass of people. Since the white man created the system, who do you think he is most likely to give the job too. His own people? ( ie if u had 2 people equally qualfied the white man would win over the black man), the only way the black man could win if he has a higher more relevant qualification in the jobs market...

Hmm not many constructive comments here....

i mean it contradicts the whole ideology of meritocracy the uk espouses doesnt it? Rather than create a true "equality of opportunity" system, the powers that be imprison us more, racially profile us more, and do not intervene in black communities enough to help black youth. so many factors are against you if youre black due to this racist system

Ah but Ashkenazi Jews preform better than even 'normal White people'

    So..

''Since the Jew created the system, who do you think he is most likely to give the job too. His own people?''

...Oh wait that's kinda an antisemitic conspiracy theory? lol

Seriously though, it would be interesting if someone also did a study on what Black grads are actually graduating in?

All men might be created equal but degrees certainly aren't..if they are disproportionately studying the old 'music and media studies' over say Medicine & dentistry (99.4% of all students landed themselves jobs or further study within six months of graduating.) ..That might explain a lot.
