I have been struggling for quiet a while now, but I just don't know how to ask for help. I am really bad at communicating, I struggle to make new friends and some times I just wish I wasn't here anymore. The worst part is that this has been around for about 2 or 3 years, but I know that it is getting worse, I can feel myself falling back into myself even more, withdrawing from society. Nobody knows how I really feel, not even my parents or Best friends, I just tend to hide behind a smile. I really want to change things though, I am going to University next year and I want help! I just don't know how to open up. Especially to my parents because they suspect nothing is wrong, but in reality some of the things that have been going through my head are really quiet deep and some are relatively dangerous.I am really confused what should I do?

I'm a sufferer of anxiety and depression, and the best thing I did was to look for help. Either talk to someone or seek professional advice. I'm happy to help if you want comfort, I know things are hard but they will get better. Drop me a message if you need to

Most mental health sufferers don't want to be treated. They want to be understood. they should be looking for support from those who have been in their position, not someone who whips out their checklist and puts a label on them. Hardly helpful is it?

No I don't want to be labelled, I think that is one of the reasons why I have held off for so long, I might try and talk to my Friend about it, I feel he may understand.

Ok thanks I will keep that in mind. I think I a going to try and talk to my friend about it first, I think he may understand.
