Say I buy a packet of Strawberries. Is it better to consume them all in a day or over a period of 2-3 days? Does it still count as more than 1 of your 5 a day if you consume a packet of fruit in a day?
I have been doing this with strawberries and blueberries and I want to know if I should not rush or I can finish them the day I buy them.
What are your thoughts?
