Maybe you could form a study group with a couple of people? I always found that helped me when trying to study because you can motivate and encourage each other.

Hi, I don't know if this helps but I think everyone feels demotivated at some point and with a lot of pressure the stress can do this. Don't worry there's still time to get going just perhaps have a plan of action now for your studies......everyone has peaks and troughs in motivation.

First of all, relax. I was in year 11 last year and was stressing out around October time like you. If you are going to worry about anything, dont worry about your exams in June. Worry about your mock exams which you'll probably have in december/january. If you try your best for these then you are already nearly prepared for your real exams. So, for now, just go through your school books and write a list for each subject of the topics you don't fully understand. Make a revision timetable that enables you to cover these topics before your mocks and you will be fine Also, it is okay to not always be motivated. If you feel like crap, take some time out and re-energise
