I am in college and it is relatively okay not to hard and not to easy, while i am doing this my friend needs advice as he has just come out of a break up and is grieving a lot and i try to give him the best advice i can, but the girl isnt helping much either because she moved on so quick from the guy and is now considered bad words. I keep helping him but also i am doing college work and then guys are just constantly messing with my head!! I have told my brother(not blood related) but honestly nothing is working for me because even he doesnt even have time to help me anymore. Im seriously losing it and i have no idea what to do.the pressure is hitting at my head and i cant take it anymore.

Late reply, but is there anyone at your college you could speak to about this? Most have some kind of pastoral system or counsellor who you could speak to and they'll be well used to people struggling with pressure at home or there. Your GP is definitely worth a visit as there's lots of things they can do too. Samaritans you can talk to about anything- you don't have to be suicidal- and there's always the mental health support society on here if you just need somewhere to let things out occasionally (do read the OP first though to see what you can/can't talk about in there). Whatever you decide remember that your health is most important and you need to look after yourself before you can other people- if trying to help your friend is becoming too much, I hate to say it but you need to try and step back and do it a bit less, or encourage him to ask for help somewhere else.
