I took 4 AS levels and carrying on with three A2 levels this year. Do I need to state the grade I got for each exam I took last year in the subjects I am carrying on with now?

Yes - not doing so could be interpreted as withholding information from universities which could have consequences (but that's unlikely). You should include them primarily because it would provide the universities with a better display of your academic capability, and everyone else will be including them; there is no disadvantage to doing so, and you'd then be on the same level as everyone else.

    Depends.
If you put the module grades for one subject you have to do it for all of them.
So if you got 'aaa' in each your modules for one subject it's good to it on.
But if another subject is like 'auu' and you only scrapped a B, you probably do not want to out those module grades on.

If all your modules are strong then put them on but if they're just ok then it's probably best to leave them off and allow the uni to determine for themselves.

Do you have to do this? Because I did some AS Levels at a previous college and can't remember the modules I did. I only have the certificates. I've also got told that you only have to do it if universities ask? Also, I don't think anyone from my college is doing it.

It's not necessary as only Cambridge specially ask for module grades ums marks.
In my sixth form people had a choice, most didn't put module grades
I didn't put module grades, it makes no difference whether they'll offer you a place or not
