    Hi all.

I'll be travelling from my home of Sweden to Australia for a 3 week holiday , I'll be travelling solo as i always have done.

I'll be staying in Sydney and having several excursions (The Touristy Thing's) Lol.

Is it pretty safe? I'll obviously take the normal precautions but anything explicitly i should watch out for?

    Thanks once again.

Have you ever travelled solo before? Australia is fairly safe really. Just take the normal procautions.

    Also remember the suncream!

It's Australia , not North Korea. You'll be fine with normal precautions and common sense.

Well, a giant bat or spider may attack you, or an anaconda may literally want to hug you (a bit tighter than normal). Other that, fairly safe.

Perfectly safe. You aren't travelling to a warzone.

You're white so you will be fine. If you were non-white I'd say don't bother.

    Hejj

I was in Australia for 2 months in March and April, I liked it but watch out for the insects.

Australian girls were really cool and love partying. The guys weren't bad either but some were a bit violent if they got drunk or aggressive. Plus for some reason I met a LOT of racist Australian guys even in places like Sydney. I met one guy who was a Hitler admirer :lolwut: oddly I did not meet many girls like this but Australian guys were very anti Asian
