University of Manchester has already prevented him from speaking, and now there is a huge debate on the event's page about his attendance at Bristol, which you can examine.

    Thoughts?

I will personally attend this talk and see what happens. I think they are completely loopy.

At least Bristol SU have enough sense not to ban the event. I think it is good that a SU is actually being sensible.

Banning speakers you don't agree with is not a behaviour or way of thinking that should be encouraged or accepted at university. What the University of Manchester did was unacceptable. Hopefully the University of Bristol has the maturity and intellectual integrity to allow 'controversial' speakers and facilitate debate.

Lol'd at the comments, entertaining read. It's terrifying that people like that Francesca girl actually exist.

The most infuriating thing about her is the use of the word "like".
