H2O2 + KMnO4 + H2SO4 ---> ?

Hi I'm having trouble working out the equation and half equations for this reaction. I've tried to work it out and then check looking on the internet but there are different balanced equations on every single source! please could someone give me a definite equation for this reaction?

I figured out the following half equations but what's the whole one?
MnO4- + 8H+ + 5e- --> Mn2+ + 4H2O
H2O2 --> O2 + 2H+ + 2e- (or is this one H2O2 + 2H+ + 2e- --> 2H2O)

this is what two different internet sources say:
1) H2O2 + MnO4- + 8H+ --> Mn2+ + 5H2O
2) 5 H2O2 + 2 MnO4- + 6 H+ --> 2 Mn+2 + 5 O2+ 8 H2O

Thanks a lot in advance, will rep :smile:

Its the second one;

Half equation 1) you multiply by 2 so you get 10e-
Half equation 2) you multiply by 5 so you get 10e-

The electrons cancel out and you are left with the second 2) full equation.

Hope this helps.
2KMnO4 + 5H2O2 + 3H2SO4 = 2MnSO4 + K2SO4 + 8H2O + 5O2
