I'm 21, 6''4 and 89.3kg (196lbs) - I just weighed myself naked.
I've got an athletic body, so I've heard, but I'm really wanting to gain more muscle/weight.
I've gained maybe 8kg in the last month or so, purely by eating more and having Whey protein twice a day.
Anyone got some advice on how to double and possibly triple the weight gains?
I do 60 or 80 pressups twice a day too, play football ever Friday and Saturday, plus I cycle to University.

Keep eating how you are but add more weight. Try handstand pushups, get someone to lay on your back. I'd say actually go to the gym and try both 5*5 sets and 3*12.
Focus on other large muscle groups as well. Squats, Deadlifts, Rows, Pullups, Bench(flat,incline,decline) and military press
