Clinical Depression isn't as fancy and nice like they make it out to be in movies and books. After a sucidal attempt this time last year, loads of therapy, two psychiatrists and a variety of meds, I got through my A-Levels.

Now doing one of the most intense undergraduate degrees, I am expecting to fail

I just don't know how I cope and get through this

doing stuff like sports, joining clubs isn't very easy when you fail to get out of bed most mornings but suggest that if you must

Have a laugh sometimes, it will certainly help with your depression.

You could always watch what my husband and I get up to - I have my own TV show. It's a comedy you know!
