So its the reversal of a change, say if an organism gets cold then homeostasis can sort this by for instance vasoconstriction. However, say if an organism moves to a hooter environment, which reverses the change to- is that still neg feedback?

Usually we are only referring to physiological response (e.g. vasoconstriction) when we are talking about negative feedback in living organisms.

Moving to a warmer place is a behavioral response.

Negative feedback is a term which is not restricted to biology, so in theory yes.

I think the example you gave would be classically categorised as behavioural correction though, as above.

You are right, Sir.

I would define negative feedback as: When there is a change done to a system that deviate it from normal condition, the system would respond by opposing the change.

In this sense, behavioral response is also negative feedback. Examples are ectotherms sitting under the sun to warm themselves up, or hiding under a rock to cool themselves down. But as far as I know, only GCE AQA and OCR requires knowledge of behavioral response.
