Hey all!
I had been bulking for a couple of months, but I was infuriated by my muffin-top body.
In the past month, I've cut down, from 175lb, to 168lb (most of it instant bloat and water loss, so I probably recomped). I'm 6'1. As for bodyfat%: I'm not so sure. My hip bones sit way above the naval, making such measurements infuriating.
Would you say that it's time for me to finally lean-bulk, or should I lean-down for another month? I'll probably create one of those fitness progress threads when I do.
