Im currently doing A2 at AS I got CCCC, I'm applying for Maths and I know the entry requirements are far higher than what I currently achieved hence wanting to know about leniency as I have heard Uni's have accepted lower requirements than stated; my predicted grades are BCC, with the B being in Maths, Universities Im considering of applying to are: UCL, QMUL, Brunel, Kent, Birkbeck, Greenwich, Liverpool, Newcastle, Royal Holloway, Need to make a decision before I send of my UCAS later on this week.

I think I'm being a bit too farfetched putting UCL on that list any idea on Uni Leniency with the one's I've chose regarding the Mathematics department

Honestly, I'd just take a gap year and re-apply with achieved grades.

There is no point applying to places which require AAB/ABB when you're predicted BCC. Greenwich and Birkbeck are better choices out of your list.
But I agree with the previous post, working hard, beating your predictions and applying a year after when you have your grades may be better.
