Can I give people the same gift if they know each other? watch

    • Thread Starter

I want to make some sweet/chocolate jars as Christmas presents for some of my friends and family that I want to get a gift for but I don't really know what. As I will be making them myself they will look pretty much the same (apart from having different name tags) and I'm just wondering if it will be okay to give them to my friends who know each other and will probably know that they got the same thing.

I was thinking that as I am going to be making them myself and personalising them with their name it will be okay but I know people avoid giving the same gifts to people so I don't know

I personally see no problem with this at all, I can only imagine ungrateful people would have a problem with receiving a gift the same as someone else. It's the thought that counts and I'd be grateful you spent the time to actually make me a gift.

P.S only 9 weeks til Christmas!!! Who is excited?

Ooohh that's a nice idea. Maybe you can personalize it even more if you know there favorite chocolate/sweets are and include them into the jars and make the name tags decorative and unique to each other.
Do you agree with the proposed ban on plastic straws and cotton buds?
