Some do. There use to be big meet ups occassionally. The Football guys occassionally meet up for a big kick-about I believe.

I saw your post. I agree with it. Big group, safe place to meet etc. Not that I'm suggesting it, but I was merely wondering if it has happened

Loads of introverts in one place , the awkwardness would be immeasurable.

I'm not lucky! We got so many self-proclaimed 'alphas' on this site I thought people would be down for a night out or something.

How I imagine it'd turn out:

    (over dinner)

Person A: "So.. what did you get at GCSE?"

    Person B: " 5 A*s, 3 As and a B. You?"

Person A: "Oh cool. Yeah I completely flopped too. 11 A*s and an A."

    Person C: "Damn. Don't feel too bad. I had a B."

    Person B: "How many A*s?"

    Person C: "14."

    Person A: "So.."

    Person B: "So......"

    Person C: "So!"

(Another 5 minutes of awkward conversation followed by a minute of silence)

Person A: "Well this was fun"

    Person B: "Yeah"

    Person A: "Yeah"

i feel like this is what would happen in a meet up, people all synced to a free starbucks wifi network, typing messages to each other and starting threads about being at the meet up

I said night out. So 18+, do people actually talk about grades? Even during freshers nobody asked eachother what grades they got etc.

Man I didn't expect so many negative responses!!!

Most of us are students or post students?! Those of us in careers have to (usually) deal with other people, never would of thought so many introverts gather in one place haha.

Maybe meeting up to discuss grades is a better alternative then.
