I just looked back at my SAQ which I had sent to Cambridge and realised I had made four spelling mistakes, by mistakes I mean typo errors. For example instead of 'like' i put 'Luke'. How would this impact my application? Should I be stressing?

Meh, it happens as long as the content is alright, I wouldn't worry. A friend of mine got on an Oxford summer school after forgetting to attach his personal statement, had to ring up and explain XD honestly, no point worrying about it, it's happened now, and best of luck with Cambridge

It's not going to break your application. Obviously it would be better if you hadn't made those mistakes but particularly if you're applying for a science subject, your personal statement is only going to be a tiny part of your application (if at all) so it will have very little impact on your outcome.
