    did a levels last year, got cdd, can i apply for courses with higher entry requirments than what i have or nah?

    Whole A-Level or AS Level? Probably shouldn't be applying for courses with higher entry requirements if it's the whole A-Level. If it's an AS Level as long as your predicteds are up there then you can apply.

    is it technically possible though, because if not then how am i supposed to set up a ucas account so i can at least apply via clearing

    Yes technically possible. Try applying for courses that offer a foundation year add-on, which might help in getting offers. Make sure you have a referee to complete the application.

    Yes, it needs to be a referee who can comment on your academic strengths.
