I left a deposit on a car today but there's no paper work that will allow me to tax it online. I rang the guy and he said I can do it at the post office??
The cars fine as I took a mechanic just wondering how to tax it?

    It needs to be insured.

I don't want to drive it. I just want to tax it so I can leave it outside my house

If it's not and you tax it then you will get an automatic fine. Same as if you insure it without tax.
