Hi, I want to apply for Chemistry at Leicester, Leeds, Reading and Newcastle and have been targeted AAC (320 UCAS Points) but they say ABB, which is still 320 UCAS Points, so should I apply to these Unis. Also, I'm doing Chem, History, Socio and Bio but coz I didn't too well in Biology I dropped it. So, was wondering if Chemistry alone was enough to get me offers as I don't Maths even though I got an A at GCSE. I'm predicted an A by my teacher for Chem

If you miss even one grade you are not immediately accepted by the system as they generally work off grades rather than UCAS points, although they may still accept you if you appeal or contact them. Some universities will sometimes make exceptions regarding grades for offers, for example your AAC has the same number of points as ABB so they may allow a compromise, although you may still need maths as it can be quite a mathematically rigorous course.
Regardless you should still check with the university admissions tutors. It would do no harm and they would know best.
