Year 12s: what will be the first way you research your future options? >>

HELP!

So I'm doing IB and after the summer break there was a huge change of staff at my school. 4 of my teachers out of a total of 6 were fired, I didn't have a teacher for business for close to a month and a half, no french teacher for almost a month and a half, no math teacher for a month and a half and no english teacher for a month + 3 changes after that. I want to study law but the absence of the teachers and general lack of education, my grades fell this semester and my predicteds are based on this result. Should I not argue that this information be given to the university for consideration??
