I want to change my name [first and second] so that by the time i will be in university (hopefully will be entering in 2016) nobody will know my old one.
If I do it during my exams will that make it confusing for the exam board and UCAS?
Also will the universities think because I'm changing it that I may not be 'stable'?
Or should I do it after i get my offers then just ring up the university explaining to them my name has been changed? But then facing the problem that on registers i will still be refered to as my old names?

The government website on how to do it is so confusing, I'd love to hear anyones advice or personal experience with changing their name
Do you agree with the proposed ban on plastic straws and cotton buds?
