Its AAA at a level, including chemistry and/or biology, some places its A*AA i think?
For GCSE they tend to want A's in sciences, maths and english... some places say they want at least 6 As at GCSE too
For most places you also have to sit the UKCAT, which you have to get booked in for yourself and take in the summer/early autumn after you do your AS's. some places want the BMAT instead, like oxbridge, Leeds, a couple of other places too. There's a couple that don't need admissions tests, like Bristol i think?
Plus its really useful if you do a load of work experience and volunteering, and make sure your personal statement is really tailored to medicine
    Hope this helps, good luck!

what do you need to be able to get accepted at medical school?
Technically: Admissions test (UKCAT or BMAT) everywhere except Bristol, decent GCSEs, decent Y12 grades/Y13 predictions, work experience. Priorities vary between universities.

Actually: Genuine academic ability and interest, genuine caring qualities, maturity, and the ability to hold decent academic/professional conversation with adults. (In addition to decent grades/tests and experience). Long-term commitment and interest, and the right reasons for it.

You need to make the effort to do some basic research:
