Hey all, after 7 months of hitting the gym solidly 3-4x a week, here are my lifts

    Bench: 90kg for 1 rep.
    Deadlift: 170kg for 1 rep.
    Squat: 95kg for 1 rep.
DB Shoulder Press: 28kg DB's for 6 reps.
BB Row: 80kg for 8 reps.

Out of these, which are the more impressive lifts and which are the ones that are lagging behind? Any lift there that would impress most people or are my lifts a bit meh?

    For reference, 17 years old, 6'2, 82kg.

Just curious how your deadlift can be so much stronger than your squat? Are your traps weak or something?

Deadlift always been a strong one for me, idk why, first time in the gym I deadlifted 110kg.

Squat, well I was too lazy to work legs till August and started at about 65kg then and have worked my way up. I should hit 3 plate squat by end of 2016 hopefully, maybe a little before then
