Honestly, those aren't the most promising SAT scores I've seen. I think you should be looking at universities who require BBB or maybe BBA at most.
For that reason I believe you should seriously consider taking a foundation year if you're set on studying in a more competitive university. It is basically a one-year course which will prepare you for the regular course you apply for
