Saying this from experience
Well, I actually did a massaging course that helps with the firmness and perkiness of boobs ........
I heard @Dazzzzzla had a level 4 qualification in boob perkiness. Shame he doesn't post anymore.

Bench pressing will build up the muscle behind your boobs and push them out a bit

Thanks, how much do I need to be pressing for it to make a diff? Can't even do a push up at the moment  (though I was thinking of girl pushups at home too?)

stochasticking
do dumbbell bench press and cables. It will tone them up.

Yeah was thinking I'll need to get a gym membership. They are kind of pricey in my area though... I don't suppose bodyweight exercises would do the job too?

Heya, like others have already said you can't really tone your boobs directly. But exercises which develop your chest muscles will help to lift them. Making sure you've got a good posture when standing will help, too.

You said you've lost some weight quickly - that might be way they've "flattened" a bit.

Either way, boobs are beautiful in all their shapes and sizes, so don't feel self conscious about yours :h:

Thanks  Which exercises would be good? Will I probably have to join a gym or are there any I can do at home like pushups? I'm saving ATM and closest gym is £30 a month

I know guys like them no matter what haha I just would prefer it myself if they were perky :colondollar:

I'm still unconvinced how much weight training will help but, if you don't want to go to the gym in addition to push ups (of whatever variety you can manage), the "cables" refers to cable flies - you can probably do something similar to dumbbell flies at home with tins, water bottles or similar.
It's all about that bass ( inserts line through b) ^^

You're right, weights won't help for perkier boobs

Would bench presses or dumbbell flies be better with heavy water bottles? I'm not sure what muscles to focus on

A lot of Instagram girls who lift have amazing huge/perky boobs and are stick skinny. Do they mostly have boob jobs though? (It looks unnatural sometimes but I'm not sure if you can lift after getting one..)

I think you're either born with them or not. I think mine are perky. :gah:

Just start with girl pushups and work your way up. Take before and after pics to see if its working. May take a few momths depending on how much you do it

There's millions of variations of pushups that make it harder for yourself as you get stronger so you never have to really go to the gym for that. You can get a gym ball and do a lot of exercises on that. The gymball can be used as a bench as well for dumbell chest flies (you can use cans, books, bottles of water or whatever I'd just type in youtube 'body weight exercises' or 'home workout' and it will come up with a lot of them. Bodyweight exercises are best for general fitness anyway imo.
