Fitness Guidance watch

    I know fitness guys on here will probably be fed up by now with the amount of times they get asked this question. But here goes. What should I be doing now?I've been going to the gym now at college for about a month, and I have seen some big improvements. However now I'm on my holidays for the next week, and I've been told that I will lose the muscle over this week. I have no gym equipment at home, and the gym is too far away. Can someone please suggest some work out which I could do at home? I'd just like it to maintain my current strength which I have gained so I don't have to start again at the gym.Also I am unsure if I should continue will weights and other muscle working machines when I return to the gym, or if I should turn to cardio to try lose some weight, could I also please have some guidance on that.     It's a week, it's not a big deal

    Unless your goal is somewhere near stick shaped you should be gaining muscle

    This is a lifestyle, not a quick fix. A week off is nothing if you train for 10 years.
