Hi, I hope that you are well, and will take a bit of your time to read the rest of this post. I think that it's very important for one to understand their self worth. I know that it is very common to feel upset and worthless and as if you're letting everyone down just with your existence. But it's important to know that it's not true...

No matter what anyone tells you, you are:
    • Beautiful
    • Smart
    • Helpful
    • Fair
    • Kind
    • Loving
    • Loyal
    • Warm-hearted

    ...The list goes on!
Please don't doubt yourself. The first step to actually finding happiness, which I believe is one of the many purposes for human life, it is important to love yourself. Love who you are and what makes you who your are.
Don't be afraid of the judgement of others or how you will be perceived by those who disagree with your tastes. I believe it's better to be unique, otherwise it would be boring being the same as everyone else. I take pride in the things I do and the things I'm interested in.

Some say that the main key to happiness is through being free. One way this can be done is by being free physically, by being able to escape all traces of a typical day and explore a new lifestyle.
Others would seek a metaphorical sense of freedom. Flying is commonly associated with freedom, and by being able to F.L.Y, you can find freedom and happiness. All you need to do is:
    First
    Love
    Yourself

First learn to love yourself then you can focus on loving other people because it will become a whole lot easier. I hope that you can find true happiness once you have learnt to F.L.Y.

I hope that we can use this thread to share stories of being able to love who you are, the plans you are making in order to do so, or the support you have for others who are battling various issues with image, personality or self-worth. Feel free to also make posts about what makes you happy, or ways that you think others would benefit by when trying to feel happier.

By the way, there is an amazing thread created by #Anon_98 called The HappyYy Thread. Please check it out; it's a great way to share things that make you happy. All you need to do is visit:http://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/showthread.php?t=3675811

    Thanks for reading this post.
