as you can see they're complete opposites and i dont know how to apply to university with one personal statement

I am applying for law to 3 universities as that is may safe option, as i dont know what grade i will achieve in maths which is needed for chem eng

i don't really know what to do
Im studying intensive a level maths, chemistry, history and english
    my first choice is UCL

Also i was wondering if you apply to a university that puffers really low entry requirements , does that effect your job prospects after university help is much appreciatd ^.^

I'm afraid it's not possible, you're likely to get rejected if you focus on just one or both subjects and apply for both. Your only option is to ask unis if they will accept a second PS, but it's going to be difficult with you applying for two such different courses
