I have very small ears. My friend recommended me hearos ultimate softness but unfortunately my ears are too small and they do not fit. Could you recommend a good pair of earplugs that I can use for sleeping and to block up noise from the neighbour TV.

I recommend silicone ear plugs. They are slightly sticky and squishy so they stay in your ears better, and you can break them up small to fit your ears. I use ones which look like this, but I break them in half because the whole ones are too big for my ears:

have u tried the foam ones? you squeeze them and work them between your index finger and thumb like you would with playdoh. and slot it in, it'll inflate back into original shape or of course stops inflating depending on your ear holes
