    Hey, I am from Germany, studying economics and looking for a good university to contiunue with a master. I want to start a career in investmentbanking after. What would you recommend?

    Admittedly, I'm not so familiar with this field, but unless someone else corrects me, I think these are some of the universities that would look very good to investment banks:

    London School of Economics
    University College London
    Imperial College London


    I would mention other universities but I'm honestly not too sure.

    Oxbridge, Warwick, UCL, LSE, Imperial (they only offer Master's in Finance programmes not Econ) - are the traditional targets.

    However, at the Masters level places like Cass Business School have strong placement too.

    I'd add that some German unis are very good for placement, namely: Mannheim and WHU.

    Also look into the French grande ecoles: ESSEC, HEC, ESCP and places like Bocconi (in Italy) and SSE (in Sweden) also place very well.


    That article is alright, but it doesn't really tell you much about career aims etc.
