How do I go about getting an Oyster Card when I'm at uni outside of London

I am from London and have an Oyster Photocard for 10(ish) years but my 16+ expired.

Now I'm outside of London I don't know how to go about getting a card and I will need one as I will be travelling back to London soon and I don't want to be spending the extremely high ticket prices.

I also do not have a contactless card so that isn't an option.
You can order the normal oyster cards online and get them sent to an address anywhere in the UK.

You can't get an 18+ one as you don't go to uni in London but you can buy an Adult Oystercard https://oyster.tfl.gov.uk/oyster/link/0005.do It costs £5 to do so. Once you've got it register it online and if you have a railcard you can get 1/3 off of off peak travel on tubes/trains within London.
