    Hi there,

I have submitted my UCAS application as a mature student at 23 years old (24 by start of study) but have a slight worry... Although my grades for my HNC course (construction management) are forecasted high and my BTEC level 3's were completed as D*D* I do not have an GCSE's in english with it only being a D.

Does anyone have any experience in this feild or past experience where they have been accepted without an english GCSE? I have 4 years in industry, and good college grades over the last 4 years will any of this be a bonus?

    I have applied for ...
UWE - architectural tech and design
Nottingham on trent - architectural tech
    Brighton - architectural tech
    Birmingham - architectural tech
