I finally took the step to start counselling at my university, due to anxiety in social situations. Ive had one session so far
Have you got any tips about how to make the most of these sessions and in between them?
(Background: I find it really hard to open up in them even though shes nice, she gave me a couple of things to try, and also I have personal stuff I find difficult to talk about)
But did you bother to watch?
