Hello, sorry if this is in the wrong place.

Two years ago I finished my A levels with some miserable grades to show for it. During the end of my first year I had been made homeless and as a result found it hard to get to college and became very depressed. I managed to get a job and have been plodding along by myself ever since. I still want to go to uni but since anything over a E is still a a level I won't get any more further education funding and can't afford to fund myself through more a levels or a access to he course. My gcses were fine, 1 B 8 A's and a A* from a school with only 28% o students getting five A*-C gcses. (which can be criteria for some foundation courses I've seen).

Basically I want to know with my circumstances if I'd even stand a chance at getting a place on a foundation course from any of your experiences. I feel like i'm going to be stuck in a minimum wage paying job forever never getting my chance to finish my education it's been keeping up up for weeks.

    Thank you

I got onto a foundation degree with BEE, just have a good search and email some admissions tutors as requirements for mature students can vary to straight out of school
