For the last month whenever I get hungry I never really know what I'm hungry for ?

I just end up eating for the sake of not being hungry. I haven't enjoyed food in a while now.

Give me some ideas for what I can eat ? It can be anything, even sugary snacks , chocolates, or straight up cooked foods, takeaway.

    Don't say pizza please.

I tend to find that I enjoy food the most when I've gone and cooked it myself, and I'm saying that as someone who's recovering from anorexia (so it's still pretty hard at times!)

When I can cook and enjoy food, I like to make home made pesto (nut-free in my case) and garlic-lemon butter, both of which work really well with pasta. The pesto goes really nicely with chicken, and the garlic butter with steak. If you like, I can give you the recipes for both. You can also use the garlic butter to make your own garlic bread. I'm about to start making my own bread as well and seeing how that goes - it looks like it'll be pretty cheap to do so, which is another bonus!

When I'm struggling, I tend to keep a supply of easy to eat things. For me, this is yoghurts with toppings (I like the Activia Breakfast Pots, or else Belvita biscuits with vanilla yoghurt), garlic pizza breads that you can cook straight from the freezer, houmous and pitta bread/breadsticks, yoghurt drinks (like Yop) or just blending various bits of frozen fruit and juice up into a smoothie. It means I can get something vaguely nutritious and/or filling with minimal effort.
