    If I talk about a job I did for my personal statement, do I have to show proof for it and if so where?
    I dont know if I should talk about a job I did to show my skills.

    All paid employment should be listed in the employment section of your application. That way you can give details of the dates, job desc, employer details etc without wasting space on that in your PS. Instead your ps can focus on what you gained from the experience or examples of situations where you demonstrated particular skills.
