I'm doing a MOOC at the moment. My last essay was:

"In what ways can philosophy contribute to the physical sciences?" :holmes:

    What's yours? :yum:

As always, the more magniloquent the better.

Yeah I made this thread last year, but it was really interesting so I'm making it again.

Alcohol misuse: it's epidemiology, social determinants and the strategies in place to decrease it. (Will probably change it before I submit it though)

Why DOES fog delay your flight to Spain? :holmes:
Essentially predicting fog activity is quite tough atm. So aviation companies find it quite difficult to forward plan and you can be at the airport one moment and find that your plan has been delayed. I picked Spain because most people could relate and it's also short enough to fit onto my poster

Recently finished my Physics coursework on "What Are The Limitations On The Size And Speed Of Microprocessors?"

Even I, as the author, still didn't understand most of what I wrote

My latest essay was written in an AS English Literature exam; something about one of the characters in 'The Kite Runner'.

I'm now in my second year of university studying Mathematical Sciences at university and haven't written an essay since.

I don't have any particular topics in mind but your essay must be very engaging . I guess I could write an essay on that too
