    So when I was around 10 years old I loved apples eat them everyday but one time I had one too many and started throwing up since that day I cant eat apples without throwing up. For whatever reason I cant eat bananas without the same result I didn't care at first but now I am trying to eat healthier. So does anyone have any advice how I can eat those two things without throwing up

    I'd say gradually reintroduce and see if you can.

    So like a small bite here and then and after a while see if you can tolerate more

    As above, go slow and in time you'll be able to deep throat a banana whilst cupping a Granny Smith.

    Just eat something else.
