Hello there is this guy at work who I am sure is bullying me. I just wanted to know if I can get him final warning/sacked. I will tell you the first incident with me. I was just walking aisle he was putting stuff on shelves he yells "oy you" I was like yeah. Then he's like I have had enough of your efing rudeness he was going on a rant lots of swear words basically just because I forgot to say thanks to him for holding door he launched this verbal attack on me. He then goes tells his colleagues about how rude I supposedly am and how I am a c*** and other words which I feel is more than bullying because he is obviously trying to get me hated by others. A similar incident happened the day before with a cleaner who was frustrated with something he said I ****ing hate this job then same guy like you talking to me mate he said no then he chases after the guy and says f off learn some manners and swearing again then he does some thing bullying by turning others against him he tells at least 5 colleagues how rude this guy is supposedly. Can he be sacked or cautioned? What should I do? I have never argued with him before. He just gets violent

you could speak to your line manager and say something polite e.g. 'I had a run in with X at work, he said <write what he said>, this upset me a lot as I want to get on with my colleagues and I didn't feel it was appropriate'
he won't get fired immediately, he might if enough complaints are made and his behaviour doesn't change

    Speak to manager.

Also, why do you persist on using a capital c for conversation?
