The Brazilian president, Dilma Rousseff, always talks on a redundant way. According to her, “we should thank the manioc”. Her sayings are ever questionable. Another example could be her last saying at UN (The United Nations), during which, she gave the idea that “we need to develop tools to catch the wind”. She tried to explain her idea with no success. In my point of view, a president should always speak in a formal way and be understandable to everybody. However, in order to speak clearly I do know that the person needs to have enough background and express himself. What is your opinion about the person who represents us?
