What happens if for example, you apply to 4 Colleges , you have good exam grades... but you dont get into any of the colleges you applied for?

what do you do at the end of Y11?

Go to the sixths forms on results day and speak to the admissions officer or find another local sixth form on results day. Most are undersubscribed.

Don't worry - you will get into college. If you've got the grades you need, you'll get in. Don't panic about it. Especially now that education is required until 18.

Thank you for the postive note - are you in college?

I am! I started in September of this year. I was worrying this time last year, too, but it was pointless to have done so. If you are predicted the entry requirements for the college and the course you want to do then it's almost certain you'll get a place.

If you don't get the grades then colleges are incredibly accommodating. I know people that are now doing Level 2 courses to then transition to Level 3. Don't worry, you'll be fine
