What do guys think of curly hair?

I'm female, with incredibly curly hair, on the chart below I'm 3c, and I've always felt like guys don't dig it tbh. I love my hair, and a few guys have commented on it, but considering the vast majority of women have straight hair, I feel ugly and weird. I've been thinking about getting it treated chemically to make it straight, do guys even like curly hair?

Some people like curly hair, some don't. Not everyone is the same. I personally have crazy curly hair and my boyfriend loves it. We're all different

You shouldn't change yourself for anyone; if you love straight hair, get straight hair. If you love your curly hair, keep it and make it work to your advantage. There are loads of people with different tastes so changing yourself for a select few in your environment sounds a little silly.

P.S: I have wild curly hair too and if people don't like it, I suffocate them with it :biggrin:

A few curls look great, but too much is just a put-off. Straight hair looks better than incredibly curly hair.

I remember some guys got excited when they found out. My friends love it too xD Embrace curly hair. You can straighten your hair or use relaxer and do loads of stuff with curly hair!

Well I am a dude and I have slightly curly straight hair, it's wavy I guess. And I love it, it's different too many people have the boring straight hair, so it's nice to have a change and my waves do just that. :biggrin:

I have wavy hair which sometimes goes into ringlets when I leave it to try naturally. The guys I've dated have loved it.

Your hair is beautiful and unique - please don't damage it by using chemicals. Don't change something you love about yourself (you said so that you love your hair) to gain attention from or to please men, it's not worth it. You know, the funny thing is that the majority of attention I get is due to my hair and sometimes I get excessive comments that make me want to get rid of it, but I value keeping my hair healthy and in its natural state.
