During my first year of university I was always up for socialising, going to parties and clubbing etc. However, after my June exams I felt completely washed out - I didn't bother celebrating the end of the year etc. which I'd been looking forward to for weeks. I thought I was just tired and that my energy would regain.. but it hasn't. I never want to go out and do anything, everything feels like 10x the amount of energy as normal, and on the few nights that I have gone out, I've wanted to go home to bed within an hour or two.

I guess I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this? My mum is worried that I'm a bit depressed or anxious, but I don't see why I would be.. I dont know, all opinions are welcome

go get a blood test - might be deficiency

    also try exercise?

otherwise you probably just need a break so take this weekend and just sleep for the whole weekend, don't do anything but watch movies and eat ice cream and by the end you'll be fine

It's normal for the novelty of going out etc to wear off a bit during / after first year, but this sounds like it's more than that if you're always so physically tired. If I were you, I'd see a doctor.

I think you just need to find something you genuinely enjoy after spending so much doing something you dont (exams). What inspires you and gets your blood pumping? :excited: What sport or hobby have you always wanted to try? If all else fails just listen to your favourite songs and discover new ones. Music is great to dance to too:music:
