I'm 15 and I weigh 50 kg, no bones show so I'm just thin. However I eat a lot of salami and I'm thinking of stopping but is it possible to get heart disease or something like that? How do I know I'm healthy? Shouldn't I have gained weight by now? I'd eat like a sandwich 4 times a week (once a day in the 4 days) or more than that sometimes but the rest of the food I eat is completely healthy. I don't overeat or anything.

I'm very similar to you, so long as your diet isn't rediculous and you exercise you're fine, you're not unhealthy. Okay, perhaps you shouldn't live off salami, but if you balance your diet and stay fit there's no need to worry

Ah okay, thanks. I think I'm just gonna stay away from salami and stuff like that for a while.
